How do I load an XML book into Note Studio?
Firstly, if you're downloading an XML file from the web, you need to know how to download it. A common case is when people
click on the XML file in their web browser. Modern web browsers understand XML and will attempt to display it, which is not
very helpful. It's best to right-click and choose 'Save As...' (or however you download a file from a link with your browser),
and so you end up with an XML file stored locally.
Once you have a local XML file, it's easy to load it into Note Studio:
- go to the library panel.
- select 'Import Book' from the 'Book' menu.
- you will be asked to select the XML file
- after some time, the book will appear in the Note Studio library.
