FAQ
What are back-links?
Back links are all the pages which link to your current page. Normally, when you are browsing a book and you click a link,
you can think of that as travelling forward. You could call this a forward-link. Back links are the opposite - they allow you to travel to other pages - even if you don't link to them, you can jump to
them because they link to you.
Note that this is very different from back history (the "Back" button which allows you to jump to the previous page). With
the "Back" button, there is only ever one previous page. With back-links, you might have a list of 20 pages which link to
your current page. Thus back-links would show you a list of 20 pages, allowing you to jump to any of them.
