How do I install Note Studio onto my second computer?
When you upgrade the second PC, you should:
- uninstall 2
- install 3 (do NOT upgrade if it asks you to)
- Hot-Sync with the Note Studio conduit set to Handheld overwrites Desktop. You may need to do this twice before your data comes across.
One thing you will notice is that on the second PC your collections will
have funny names. This is because the Palm doesn't actually store collection
names, so just makes them up. However, in the Collection menu there is a
'Rename Collection' option, so you can give the collections the same name as
they have on the other PC.
